Emotional Healing Is More And More Important
Posted under Anxiety by adminI believe we’ve got an emotional wellspring inside us, that gives us life plus allows us to become powerful and build whatever we desire in this world. It’s a stream of energy which bubbles up within us. Out of this stream we also make our thoughts and our feelings.
Everybody has this stream, I feel. I have been learning about and studying the idea for about ten years now, and I can tell I have a whole lot yet to find out. For instance, although we can create whatever we wish, we don’t often if ever do. Precisely why is that?
I have discovered most of us insert filters within this flow and these filters tend to be exactly what restrict us and can in fact place us in misery in a wide variety of ways. Emotional healing, in my experience, is discovering as much as you can concerning this flow, and using it as it’s supposed to be used. It’s certainly not too late to start healing.
I have discovered that I am the only person that puts restrictions on me. It’s amusing, that I used to blame my mom and dad for my personal troubles. Whenever a problem would come up which exposed my limitations, I would normally blame my mother or father. It took me ages to acknowledge accountability for my life.
And the really funny thing is, after I took responsibility, a whole lot changed in my life. I was feeling a whole lot better. A great burden was lifted from my shoulders. That is definitely what responsibility can do for you as well.
Which is only one little aspect of emotional healing. Understand, blame is among the biggest blockages to healing our feelings. Since if someone else created my difficulties, then they will be the only ones who can fix me. And that’s an impossible situation!
I have to own some thing if I need to make changes to it. When I acknowledge the fact that I am the one making me a hopeless disaster, then that means I’m able to change it around. And it really is a really liberating understanding.
We are able to live our life in agony, or we can be satisfied. As well as anything in between. Yet far too many humans have overlooked this. Everyday living gets quite serious, and almost a challenge merely to endure and get by. Who really feels safe anymore?
With so much fear, so much pain, so much chaos in the world, many people are hunting for answers. Hey, I’ve got one. Just let your heart open so you can feel all your feelings. Let your heart resemble a vacuum cleaner, and allow it to suck up all the fear and pain and anything else you’re dealing with.
More and more, the answers and anchors we’ve relied on will likely be not there for us. They weren’t ever truly there anyway. But now, it’s turning out to be shateringly obvious. It’s time to figure out how to repair your emotions. It’s no longer an option. It’s becoming necessary. Not to mention the sad thing is, it’s all too easy. Simply allow your heart to do its job! And stop trying to manipulate the situation.
But the very last thing in the world most people might like to do is to let go of control. Not to mention we have been always advised that we should be in control. Or else, undesirable things may happen. What these bad things are, exactly, is not quite explained. In some manner, however, it’s going to be bad.
However, my personal opinion is that control is not the best option. Which is due to the fact control is limiting and stagnant and stifling. It’s the exact reverse of conscious reality creation. When you try to control some thing, it is along the lines of trying to add a new ingredient to the banana cake you just cooked.
It’s too late because it’s already been cooked. The way to change the situation is with the baking. Work with the process, not with the end result. It’s just like with emotional healing. Work to heal your emotions, as opposed to trying to change the emotions once they have already surfaced. Mainly because at this juncture, all you can do is simply feel them. And that may be the biggest key of emotional healing.
